Gifts and Donations
Several genealogical records were donated to the Library in 2016 by Colonial Dames Seventeenth Century members in honor of a former member of their organization.
Monetary Donations
Donations to the Public Library or the Friends of Chattanooga Public Library organization may be made at any time and in any amount. These gifts are used for additional library materials and programming beyond the limit of the library's regular operating budget.
Donations can be made through PayPal through the button above or through checks or cash sent to the Friends of the Library office.
Memorial Books
Want to honor someone on a special occasion, commemorate a notable event, or memorialize a friend or family member? The library accepts monetary donations for the purchase of library materials in memory or honor of individuals.
Commemorative bookplates are placed in the books on request and notification is sent to the family of the deceased or the honoree acknowledging the donation. Call us for assistance at the number below.
